How GridAra handles your information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, organisation, role, email address and, if you choose, your phone number, building or portfolio size and message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and what you write.

This site uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs and processes enquiry form submissions on our behalf.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss a building assessment.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who can see it

Enquiries are delivered to GridAra by email. We share your details outside GridAra only when you ask us to, or when the law requires it.

Access, correction and questions

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to raise a concern, email matt.heffernan@gridara.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
