GridAra operates IPEOS (Intelligent Precinct Energy Operating System), an energy orchestration platform for commercial buildings. Across the seven-day cycle it connects to a building's existing management system, coordinates its solar and battery storage, and shifts heating and cooling load into the solar generation window. The building's own thermal mass does the work, so there is no new hardware in the core systems and no change to occupant comfort. What the building gains is lower energy use and verified sustainability performance.

IPEOS is built by engineers with direct, hands-on experience commissioning and maintaining commercial building management systems. That means protocol-level knowledge of BACnet and Modbus, familiarity with chiller plant, air-handling and control sequencing, and the site discipline required to work inside a live building without disrupting it.
This is the capability the whole model depends on: connecting to a building safely and directly, rather than through a third-party integrator. GridAra describes it plainly because specificity is the evidence — not adjectives.
